Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the subscription and payment conditions for the NomNom Premium plan.

2. Pricing and payment

The Premium subscription is offered at EUR 4.99 per month, all taxes included.

Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Billing is automatic and monthly, starting from the subscription date.

NomNom does not store any banking data. All transactions are managed by Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

3. Subscription and renewal

The Premium subscription has no commitment. It is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of the subscription.

Users can check their subscription status and renewal date from their account.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided immediately after subscription, which the user acknowledges and accepts at the time of purchase.

However, NomNom offers a flexible policy: if the user is not satisfied, they may contact support within 14 days of subscription for a refund.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel their Premium subscription at any time from their account or by contacting support@trynomnom.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to Premium features until that date.

No prorated refund is provided for the current period.

6. Price changes

NomNom reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be communicated to users at least 30 days before taking effect. Users may cancel their subscription before the new prices apply.

NomNom commits to providing access to the Premium service as described. In case of prolonged unavailability attributable to NomNom, the user may receive a subscription extension.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
