1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NomNom service, available at trynomnom.com and through associated mobile applications.

NomNom is an AI-powered nutritional analysis service. Users photograph their meals and receive a nutritional score, personalized advice, and tracking of their eating habits.

2. Acceptance of terms

Registering for the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Service description

NomNom offers:

• Nutritional analysis of meals from photographs, via an AI vision model
• A nutritional score out of 10 with positives and areas for improvement
• Daily tracking with history, streak, and statistics
• Personalized AI advice, trends, and weekly recap (Premium features)
• Personalized recipe suggestions (Premium feature)

4. Registration and user account

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity from their account.

The user agrees to provide accurate information and to update their data as needed.

5. Plans and pricing

The service is offered under two plans:

• Free: 3 analyses per day, 7-day history
• Premium: unlimited analyses, full history, AI advice, trends, weekly recap, and personalized recipes — EUR 4.99/month

6. Service limitations

NomNom uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or dietary advice. Users should not substitute the service for consultation with a healthcare professional.

Analysis accuracy depends on the quality of photographs provided. NomNom does not guarantee the absence of errors in nutritional estimates.

7. Personal data

Data collected (email, meal photographs, analysis history) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, see our privacy policy.

Photographs are stored on secure S3 storage at OVH (France). Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support@trynomnom.com.

8. Intellectual property

All service content (text, visuals, logos, algorithms) is the property of NomNom or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Photographs uploaded by users remain their property. The user grants NomNom a limited license to use them solely for nutritional analysis purposes.

9. Liability

NomNom strives to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. NomNom shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. NomNom reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Changes to terms

NomNom reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
